love….","text":"5th benchmade (2 AFOII’s, APB auto, gen 1 Adamas Auto) that i’ve had over 10 years but first manual opener. This one is the opposite of those other tank-like knives that i’ve had. The weight and thickness INITIALLY threw me off (because i typically equate quality with heft) but 2 days of EDC and i’m hooked. So much easier to carry in lighter pants or shorts but the aluminum handle and M4 blade instill confidence that lighter doesn’t mean cheaper. I almost forget that it’s in my pocket. \nOnly “delta” I have is the grind angle on the tanto gradually gets shallower from the blade transition to the tip. Looks cool, but will have to change when it’s time to resharpen. The blade seems to be pretty sharp and working for what I need it for a day-to-day basis, but I have two of these knives. The other one is all black and one of the issues I’m having with this knife I’m having with both knives and it is the tab on the back when I put my hand in my pocket it rubs my hand a certain way that’s very aggravating. I’ve even switched pockets to see if that would help but it doesn’t and the release the blade reluctant lease, not on this blue one, but on my all black one it’s not working all the time, and it keeps getting jammed up to where you have to kind of use like both hands to manipulate it to make it to unlatch outside of that.
