Very light, comfortable and fast shoe. These are race day shoes, not everyday trainers (unless money is no issue for you). Prior to purchasing, I read that these shoes provide maximum benefit over 125-150 miles. I train in other, more stable, shoes and pull these out for a quick couple runs before wearing them in a marathon. First marathon was Erie and got my PR with a time to qualify for Boston and Chicago. My feet felt great after the race. I am a size 11.5, 58 years of age and 150 lbs. After years of thinking about it, I made the plunge and bought the Alphaflys. Glad I did.
